JR joined Jesse Eline Group in June 2017. Jesse & I share an interesting history. Started in Real Estate in 1992. From the Seattle Region. Moved to Redding about the same time. Have the same real estate coach. Went to the same ministry school to go full time into ministry. Both of us had an experience that made us fall in love with Real Estate all over again. Now we are both in real estate here in Redding CA with our primary objective to serve and care about all of our customers well. Took a brief break from real estate to test my customer service skills with Renewal by Andersen & Tesla. During my training, the sales trainers described me as one of the most diligent, focused, hard working, positive people to come through. My first active sales month I lead the office with over $100,000 of sales and 45% close rate. The office & national average was $40,000 with a 17% close rate. The real estate home values in Cleveland would average around $135,000 and my quote for replacement was typically $25,000. The objections and challenges are enormous in Cleveland, and I definitely went through personal growth. In 2016 I consistently averaged $150,000 in sales a month with a close rate around 40%-50%. General Strengths: Consistently self motivated to do things better everyday. Highly internally competitive and I am always exploring the limits of my full potential. Highly motivated to help others find their highest levels also. I enjoy the hard work that success requires. Sales is an adventure, game, and fun.
