To begin with Kori has an exceptionally warm personality. On our first meeting when we discussed our interest in possibly selling our home and buying another in the local area; Kori did not hesitate and provided us with a rough estimate of what our home might be worth on the market and what fees we could expect to pay during the transaction. Kori then worked with us to find a new home using our criteria and price range. She showed us many homes until we decided on one and made an offer. That home was eventually pulled out of escrow for our inability to come to terms with the seller. We the decided on a new home under construction. Kori worked with the contractor and helped us during the construction investigations. Concurrently, our existing home was put on the market eventually selling for our asking price. During the sale, Kori helped us with contractors needed to make some minor and more than minor repairs identified during our own investigation of our existing home. These actions clearly facilitated the sale of our home. Kori was always helpful with communications with the many third parties involved in a home sale and purchase of a new home. We would recommend Kori without any reservations. We think she is brilliant and would do an exceptional job for any home buyer/seller fortunate enough to retain her services.

WOW is the best word to describe Jenn Sloan. You will not find a better realtor in the Shasta county area period! I started this home buying experience about a year ago and I was left confused and frustrated as I was with the wrong lender and realtor this whole time. Thats when a really good friend of mine said she knew a realtor who would turn this whole buying experience around for me and boy was she right!! I was introduced to Jen threw a phone call and from that moment she put me first and immediately went to work. We talked everyday and she asked me what my dream home would be? After I told her the next day we were looking at properties. She asked if I would be open to maybe trying a different lender who has better financing options and I agreed. (best move I made) and with in 2 days I had an increased lending amount with a flexible mortgage payment. I went from looking at broken, beat up houses to move in ready houses in about a week due to Jenn's knowledge of lending options. Once I found the house I wanted Jenn promised me I would have this house and immediately again went to work. Not only did she get me the house I wanted at a lower price then what they wanted but also got me new flooring of my choosing, new ceiling fans and exterior lighting fixtures plus all closing cost paid for by the seller!!! Yes I'm not kidding she is so talented and if you are looking for a realtor who will truly work for you and make sure you get what you really want then I hope you see this review. After escrow closed and she handed me my keys she left me with a house warming gift that I just couldn't believe. After all she did for me she still wanted to make my house buying experience great and she truly did. I didn't just get a realtor I got a friend! Dylan and Faith are the real deal! I had the best experience working with them to find and close on my first home. Throughout the process they were ALWAYS available day and night to answer questions or help talk me through different parts of the process. Definitely an intimidating thing to step into for the first time but they made it as easy as possible. Can’t recommend them enough!

The Barrett’s go above and beyond for their clients. We had a horrible experience with our previous realtor, so I had Faith come out and give me some advice. She helped us list our home and we had 10 offers, several over asking. Once we sold, we were able to purchase with their help! The process was seamless, and we were able to close early. I am self employed, so it was a task, but we were able to do it. And my husband and I are both so incredibly happy with our choice. We will forever be clients of the Barretts.
